摘要
【摘 要】目的：研究分析急性心肌梗死合并恶性心律失常患者的急诊抢救，护理措施，掌握正确的护理及观察要点，提高救治成功率。方法：此次研究的对象是选择 2015年 5月至 2017年 5月我院心内科收治 20例急性心肌梗塞合并恶性心律失常患者将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果： 20例急性心肌梗死合并恶性心律失常患者经过积极的抢救与护理， 19例患者抢救成功，其中 1例死亡。结论：护理人员应具有恶性心律失常的紧急判断能力，娴熟掌握各种心律失常的抢救程序及用药特点，掌握各种抢救仪器的使用和保养，及时反馈信息予医师，配合及时有效的药物治疗，可有效提高抢救成功率，提升患者的生存质量。 【关键词】急性心梗；恶性心律失常；急救护理Objective: To study and analyze the emergency rescue and nursing measures for patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with malignant arrhythmia, and to master the correct nursing and observation points, so as to improve the success rate of treatment. Methods: the object of this study is to select 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction and malignant arrhythmia from May 2015 to May 2017 in our department of Cardiology, and to make retrospective analysis of their clinical data. Results: 20 cases of acute myocardial infarction with malignant arrhythmia were treated with active rescue and nursing, and 19 cases were rescued successfully, of which 1 cases died. Conclusion: the nursing staff should have the ability to judge the emergency of malignant arrhythmia, mastering the rescue procedures and medication characteristics of all kinds of arrhythmia, master of the rescue equipment use and maintenance, timely feedback to the physician, with drugs timely and effective treatment, can effectively improve the success rate, improve the life quality of the patients.
