（达州市中西医结合医院儿科 四川达州 635000） 【摘 要】目的：探讨袋鼠式护理措施在早产儿护理中的应用效果及对其生长发育的影响。方法：以2016年1月至2017年12月我科收治的120例早产儿为研究对象，按照时间先后顺序分为对照组60和试验组60例；对照组采取常规护理，试验组给予袋鼠式护理，比较两组患儿的基本生理指标、发育情况。结果：试验组患儿在呼吸频率、心率方面与对照组无差异（P＞0.05），在氧饱和度及生长发育方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：袋鼠式护理在稳定早产儿生理指标，促进生长发育等方面有着积极的作用。 【
