摘要 Inthisstudy,wepresentaconstructivealgorithmfortrainingcooperativesupportvectormachineensembles(CSVMEs).CSVMEcombinesensemblearchitecturedesignwithcooperativetrainingforindividualSVMsinensembles.Unlikemostpreviousstudiesontrainingensembles,CSVMEputsemphasisonbothaccuracyandcollaborationamongindividualSVMsinanensemble.AgroupofSVMsselectedonthebasisofrecursiveclassifiereliminationisusedinCSVME,andthenumberoftheindividualSVMsselectedtoconstructCSVMEisdeterminedby10-foldcross-validation.ThiskindofSVMEhasbeentestedontwoovariancancerdatasetspreviouslyobtainedbyproteomicmassspectrometry.BycombiningseveralindividualSVMs,theproposedmethodachievesbetterperformancethantheSVMEofallbaseSVMs.
