摘要 IthasbeenrevealedthatpolyⅠ:CisapotentstimulatorforNKcells,whichcaninduceNKcellrapidactivationandpreferentialaccumulationintoliver.However,theprocessmediatingtheinfluxofNKcellsremainsobscure.Inthisstudy,wefoundthatpolyⅠ:CadministrationincreasedtheportionandabsolutenumberofNKcellsinliver,butlargelydecreasedthoseinspleen.Therewerenoobviouschangesoftheselymphocytesinotherimmuneorgans.TheresultsfromsplenicadoptivetransferandsplenectomyshowedthattherecruitedspleenNKcellscontributedtotheaccumulationofNKcellsinliver,andthisprocesswasregulatedbytheproductionofchemokinesandthepresenceofTcells.Thisinvestigationwillhelptounderstandtheenhancedimmunecellrecruitmentinliveruponviralinfection.
