摘要
Anovelamperometricsensorforthedeterminationofnitricoxidewasdevelopedbycoatingpolythionine/nafiononaglassycarbonelectrode.Thissensorexhibitedagreatenhancementtotheoxidationofnitricoxide.Theoxidationpeakcurrentswerelineartotheconcentrationofnitricoxideoverthewiderangefrom3.6×10-7to6.8×10-5mol.L-1,andthedetectionlimitwas7.2×10-8mol.L-1.Experimentalresultsshowedthatthisnitricoxidesensorpossessedexcellentselectivityandlongerstability.NOreleasingfromratkidneywasmonitoredbythissensor.
