摘要 TheAnalyticHierarchyProcessisapowerfultechniqueforgroupdecisionmaking.BoththeWeightedArithmeticMeanMethod(WAMM)andWeightedGeometricMeanMethod(WGMM)arethemostcommongrouppreferenceaggregationmethodsinAHP.InordertousetheWAMMandWGMM,onehastofindtheweightstobeassignedtothemembersofthegroup.Thisisoftenadifficulttask,especiallysoifthegroupislargeasinthecaseofpublicpolicydecisions.Thesesituationsneedanobjectivemethodtoderivemembers'weights.Butafewstudiesareavailableintheliterature.Basedonjudgementmatricesanderroranalyses,thispaperpresentstwopracticalandefficientmethodsforaddressingsuchsituations.Somenumericalexamplesarealsogiven.
