摘要
AnexperimentwasconductedtostudytheeffectsofdifferentPbconcentrationsonriceseedgerminationandseedlinggrowthinthreecultivars(Jiayu293,Jiayu948andXieyou963).ThemethodofqualitativetraitscombiningwithquantitativetraitsbyorthogonalpolynomialswasappliedtoanalyzericeseedvigorbyregressionmodelTheseedsfromdifferentricecultivarshaddifferentsensitivitytoPbpoison.InthePbconcentrationof100-700mg/L,Pbsignificantlydecreasedrootlengthandshootheight,andthedegreeoftherestraintwouldaggravatewiththeincreasingofPbconcentration.However,Pbdidnotreducerootdryweightandshootdryweight,whichindicatedthatdifferentphysiologicalcharacteristicshaddifferentsensitivereactionstoPb.Thepredictingequationsofregressionweredeveloped,whichcouldbeusedtopredicttheeffectsofdifferentPbconcentrationsonriceseedvigor.
