摘要 BasedondifferentequationofCobb-Douglasproductionfunction,themodelofregulatingregionaleconomyonthemultiobjectiveoptimizationofefficiencyandequityissetup,withthespatialdistributionstrategyofcapitalandlabourforceasthecontrollingvariable.Twobasicconclusionsdrawnfromthemodelarestrictlydemonstrated:①Acountry＇seconomicdevelopmentisdecidedbytheconsistencybetweentheregionaldistributivestrategyofincrementinvestmentandtheregionaldifferenceinmarginalinvestmentrevenue.②Thecoupletargetsofefficiencyandequityarestrictlyinconflictwitheachother,ifandonlyifthemarginalinvestmentrevenueinthedevelopedregionsishigherthanintheundeveloped,otherwisethetargetsareconsistent.
