摘要
Objective:Toverifytwohypotheses:1)Acupuncturecanincreasethere-distributionoftetramethylpyrazine(ligustrazine)hydrochloride(TMPH)tothetargetorgansinadjuvantarthriticrats.2)CyclicAdenosine-3',5'-monophosphate(cAMP)isoneoftheguidancecuesinvolvedinthisevent.Methods:Atotalof40Wistarratswererandomizedintoblankcontrol(BC),model(MO),medication(ME),Acupuncture(Acu)andAcu+MEgroups,with8casesineachgroup.ArthritismodelwasestablishedbysubcutaneousinjectionofcompleteFreund'sadjuvant(0.1mL)intotherat'sfootpad.Electroacupuncture(15Hz,0.2-0.3V)wasappliedtobilateral"Daling"(大陵PC7),"Taichong"(太冲LR3)and"Xiguan"(膝关LR7)for20min,andthecontentsofTMPHintheheart,liver,kidneyandthefoot(affectedfocus)tissuesandthecontentsofcAMPintheheartandlivertissuesweredeterminedwithhighperformanceliquidchromatographyandradioimmunoassaytechniquesrespectively.Results:Comparedwithmedicationgroup,theTMPHcontentsintheheart,liver,kidneyandtheaffectedfoottissuesinAcu-MEgroupwasobviouslyhigher(P<0.05,P<0.01).IncomparisonwithMEandAcugroups,thecAMPcontentsintheheartandliverinAcu+MEgroupwasalsosignificantlyhigher(P<0.05,P<0.01).NosignificantdifferenceswerefoundbetweenMEandAcu+MEgroupsinTMPHcontentofkidneyandbetweenAcu+MEandBCgroupsincAMPcontentsinbothliverandhearttissues.Conclusion:Acupuncturemaypromotethetarget-tropismdistributionofligustrazine,andcAMPmayplayanimportantroleinit.
