    摘要 Thispaperinvestigatestheequivalentmodelforthefrictionboundaryconditionbetweenblankandholderduringsheetmetalformingsimulation,andproposesanequivalentalgorithm,thethicknessthresholdvaluealgorithm,forthefirsttimebasedonthicknessweighting.Thisalgorithmassumesthattheholderclearanceisuniformduringsheetmetalforming;andthemainreasonfortheunevennessoffrictionforcedistributionundertheholderisthattheunevendeformationoftheblankleadstoitsuneventhicknessdistribution,whichmakesthelocalpressureontheblankdistributedunevenly.Thealgorithmproposedinthispapercaneffectivelysimulatetheinfluenceoftheunevennessontheformingprocess.Validityofthisalgorithmisverifiedbyacomparisonbetweenthesimulationresultsandtheexperimentalonesforthedrawingprocessofacarspringbase.
