Design and Synthesis of Novel Fluorine-containing Acrylates

摘要 Aseriesofnovelfluorine-containingacrylates6a-6gweresynthesizedviathecondensationofethylcyanoacetateandtrifluoroaceticanhydride,followedbychloridizationandthecouplingreactionwithamines.Thesenewcompoundsexhibitedsomebiologicalactivityaspreliminarybioassayindicated.Aplausiblereactionmechanismwasoutlinedanddiscussed.
