摘要
Fieldperformanceofwhitebackedplanthopper(WBPH)-resistanceoffourphenotypeswasevaluatedinChunjiang06(CJ-06)/TN1DHricelines,whichwereexpressedbydifferentcombinationsofsuckinginhibitoryandovicidaltraitsinheritedindependentlyfromCJ-06.WBPHestablishedthehighestpopulationsinsusceptibleDHlinesthathadneithersuckinginhibitory-norovicidalresistance.Bothimmigrationandsubsequentpopulationlevelswerekeptbelowthedamage-causingdensityinthesuckinginhibitoryDHlinesevenunderaWBPHoutbreak.WBPHcouldnotbuilduppopulationsintheDHlineshavingboththesuckinginhibitoryandovicidalresistance.AlthoughWBPHimmigratedpreferentiallytonon-suckinginhibitoryDHlineswithovicidalresistance,subsequentpopulationbuildupwassignificantlysuppressed.ItwasconcludedthatthedifferentialperformancetoWBPH-resistanceinCJ-06/TN1DHlineswasprimarilyduetothesuckinginhibitorytrait,andcomplementarilytotheovicidaltrait.
