摘要 Wedescribetheearlierunknown,whenappliedtoglobaltectonics,centrifugalinertialmechanismoflithosphereplatemovingundertheeffectofforcesappearingasaresultofEarth'splanetaryrotation.Themechanismstatedgivesaninsightintoglobaltectonicsofplateswiththeindirectparticipationofemanationstreamswhich,intheirturn,arethederivativesofcentrifugalandinertialforcesofplanetarymotion.Theapplicationofthismechanismprovidesalogicalexplanationfortheregularitiesofglobaltectogenesisincludingtheformationofmountainridgesmainlyofsubmeridionalandsublatitudinalstrike,andalsothedriftofcontinentalplatesfromtheeasttothewestandfromthesouthtothenorth.ThemechanismclarifiesthesignificanceoftheArcticandtheAntarcticCirclesasgeodynamicbarriers.
