Species Identification and Subtyping of Ureaplasma Urealyticum from Urine Specimens of Pregnant Women-中国Betway体育网页登陆

摘要 Objective:ToinvestigateU.parvum(previouslyUreaplasmaurealyticumbiovar1)andU.urealyticum(previouslyUreaplasmaurealyticumbiovar2)andtheirsubtypesandserovarsinurinespecimensofpregnantwomen.Methods:Aftercollecting151specimensandinoculatingbroth,allbrothculturepositive(ureasepositive)specimenswereamplified,specieswereidentifiedandsubtypedbyusinggeneralprimers,species-specific,andtype-specificprimerstargetingthemultiplebandedantigen(MBA)genesequence.Results:U.parvumwasidentifiedin58of151specimensandU.urealyticumin18(bothwerepresentin5,andneitherwerefoundin6).Serovars3,1,and6werethemostcommonamongU.parvumisolatesandsubtypes1and3werethemostcommonamongU.urealyticum.Multipleserovarsamongclinicalisolateswerefound.Conclusion:ThisPCR-basedtypingsystemcouldfacilitatestudiesoftherelationshipbetweenindividualureaplasmaspeciesorsubtypesandhumandiseases.
