摘要 Anewendophyticantagonisticfungus,ChaetomiumspiraleND35fromPopulustomentosa,wasreported.Thebio-controltrialsofC.spiraleND35againsttheValsaCankerofapplewerepreliminarilyinvestigated.TheresultsofdualcultureonPDAplateshowedthatC.spiraleND35wascapableofstrongantagonismagainstValsaceratosperma,andforinhibitingthemycelialgrowthofV.ceratosperma,.thecrudeextractofliquidcultureofcornsteeppowderbrothwasmoreeffectivethanthatoneofmaltextractbroth(MEB).Theresultsofbio-controlingreenhouseandfieldindicatedthatthediseaseincidenceofappletreetreatedwithC.spiraleND35waslowersignificantlythanthattreatedbyothermethods.There-isolationexperimentsuggestedthatC.spiraleND35couldcolonizeinstemsandbranchesofappletreessuccessfully,andtheND35colonizationrateofthetreatmentwithsolidwheatbranculturewashigherthanthatofcornsteeppowderbroth,butthefieldexperimentresultthecontroleffectofliquidcultureofC.spiraleND35wasbetterthanthatofsolidculture.
