A Rationalization of Sympathetic Nucleation-Ledgewise Growth Theory of Bainite Transformation in Fe-C Alloys-中国Betway体育网页登陆

摘要 Basedontheclassicdiffusioncontrollednucleationandgrowththeory,thesympatheticnucleationledgewisegrowthmechanismofbainitewasstudiedtheoreticallyforIowcarbonFe-Calloys.Therationalityoftheoccurrenceofsympatheticnucleationontheterracesofledgescompetingwithlateralledgegrowthandothersitesnucleationwasdemonstratedbythepresentworkquantitatively.ThecalculationsindicatedthatIowreactiontemperaturesandhighcarbonconcentrationsmayfavorthesympatheticnucleation,thusaccountingfortheformationofmultilayerstructuresofbainite.
