Letλandμbesequencespacesandhaveboththesigned-weakglidinghumpproperty,(λ，μ)thealgebraoftheinfinitematrixoperatorswhichtransformλintoμ.Inthispaper,itisprovedthatifλandμareβ-spacesandλ^βand,μ^βhavealsothesigned-weakglidinghumpproperty,thenforanypolartopologyτ,((λ,μ),τ)isalwayssequentiallycompletelocallyconvextopologicalalgebra.
