摘要
Wereportsingle-shotdamagethresholdasafunctionofpulseduration(50-900fs)forMgF2/ZnS800-nmomnidirectional-reflectionfilm,interferencefilter,andgoldfilm.Theresultsindicatethatthedamagewithultrashortpulseisnonthermal,whichisdifferentfromthatwithlongpulse.Additionally,theablationcraterdepthsof45°high-reflectionfilmandinterferencefilterarepresented.Alogarithmicrelationbetweentheablationdepthandpulsefluence,whichissimilartothatoftransparentmaterials,isfound.
