Abstract.Inthispaper,weintroduceanewapproachtocharacterizetheisomor-phismsofcirculantdigraphs.Intermsofthismethod,wecompletelydeterminetheisomorphicclassesofcirculantdigraphsofdegree3.Inpsrticular,wecharacterizethosecirculantdigraphsofdegree3whichdon''tsatisfyJkdAm''sconjectttre.
