摘要
Anewmethodformeasuring3-Drigidbodydisplacementsisproposed,inwhichtwoperpendicularbeamsareemittedontotwosensitiveplanesofPSDsleingperpendiculartoeachother.Themethodcanbeusedtomeasure1-Dor2-Ddisplacementswhenrequired.Moreover,theexperimentalresultsarepresented,whichdemonstratethatthenewmethodhashighaccuracy,fastprocessingspeed,highreliability,andeasilybeingrealized.
