摘要 Theuseoflaparoscopyhasbeenestablishedinimprovingperioperativeandpostoperativeoutcomesforpatientswithsimpleappendicitis.Laparoscopicappendectomyisassociatedwithlesswoundpain,lesswoundinfection,ashorterhospitalstay,andfasteroverallrecoverywhencomparedtotheopenappendectomyforuncomplicatedcases.Inthepasttwodecades,theuseoflaparoscopyforthetreatmentofperforatedappendicitistotaketheadvantagesofminimallyinvasivenesshasincreased.Thisarticlereviewedtheprevalence,approaches,safetydisclaimers,perioperativeandpostoperativeoutcomesofthelaparoscopicappendectomyinthetreatmentofpatientswithperforatedappendicitis.Specialissuesincludingtheconversion,intervalappendectomy,laparoscopicapproachforelderlyorobesepatientarealsodiscussedtodefinetheroleoflaparoscopictreatmentforpatientswithperforatedappendicitis.
