摘要 ThestatisticalcharacterofQuikSCATscatterometerwindsisshowed.AndMonthlychangeandspecialdistributioncharacterofstrongwindfrequencyandmonthlywindfieldsinSouthChinaSeaisanalyzed.ItisshownintheresultthattheQuikSCATscatterometerwindscanberelieduponfortheSouthChinaSea;twowinds,onethewintertimenortheasterlyandtheothersummertimesouthwesterly.ThenortheasterlycentersattheBashiStraitandTaiwamStraitanditssecondarycenterandthemaximumcenterofthesouthwesterlyareinthecentralandsouthernSouthChinaSea.
