摘要 Interhemisphericsubduralhaematoma(ISH)probablyrepresentsoneoftherarestformsofposttraumaticintracranialhaemorrhagesbecauseofthepeculiaranatomicallocation.ItwasfirstdescribedatautopaybyAirrngandEransin1940andfewcases(110)havebeenreportedsinceJobobefirstdescribedclinicalcasesin1955.1-7SincethereisnoinitialpathognomoniccharacteristicpresentingmodeofISH,ISHwouldresultinaserioussituationifnottreatedproperlyandpromptly.Recently,wetreatedtwopatientssufferingISHinourneurosurgeryunit.
