Lowpoweraddercircuits,SERF,10T-Ⅰ,10T-Ⅱ,10T-Ⅲandacomplementaryadder(28T)atphysicallayoutlevelareevaluated.Simulationsbasedontheextractedaddercircuitlayoutsareruntoassesshowvariouscircuitsetupscanimpactthespeedandpowerconsumption.Inaddition,impactsofoutputinvertersonthecircuitperformanceofmodifiedSERFand10Taddersduetothresholdlossproblemarealsoexamined.Differencesamongtheseaddersareaddressedandapplicationsoftheseaddersaresuggested.
