摘要
Toelucidatethemechanismofbrominatednaturalrubber(BNR),eightBNRsampleswithdifferentbrominecontentwerepreparedfromlatexindifferentbrominationtime,andthemicrostructureswerecharacterizedbyFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR)and1H-NMRspectroscopy,respectively.ThehardnessofBNRincreasedanditsnaturetransformedfromelastomertoresinwiththeincreaseofbrominecontent.Unlikechlorinatednaturalrubber(CNR),FTIRshowedthattherewerenocarbonylgroupsonthemolecularchainsofBNR.1H-NMRspectroscopyrevealedthatthereactionactivityofbromineandthesecondaryhydrogenatomofBNRweremuchhigherthanthoseoftheprimaryone.ThebrominatedsubstitutiontookplaceinthehydrogenatomofCH3andCH2groupsfirstly,theninthelateperiodofbrominationthebondofC=CwastransferredtothesaturatedbondofC-CduetotheMarkovnikovadditionofhydrogenbromide.Basedonthesefindings,themechanismofBNRfromlatexcouldbededucedasafreeradicalreactionandthedetailedbrominationprocesswaspresented.
