摘要 NiTialloyisproducedbymechanicalalloying(MA).Itbecomesamorphousaftermillingforenoughtime,suchas100hinthispaper.DSCmeasurementshowsthatthecrystallizationtemperatureis676Kfortheamorphouspowder.Activationenergyofcrystallizationis199.98kJ/molforMApowder,whichislowerthanthatofamorphouspreparedbymagnetronsputtering.Avramiparameterofcrystallizationis1.07.
