An object oriented multi-robotic graphic simulation environment for programming the welding tasks

    摘要 Anobject-orientedmulti-roboticgraphicsimulationenvironmentisdescribedinthispaper.Object-orientedprogrammingisusedtomodelthephysicalobjectsoftheroboticworkcellintheformofsoftwareobjectsorclasses.Thevirtualobjectsaredefinedtoprovidetheuserwithauser-friendlyinterfaceincludingrealisticgraphicsimulationandclarifythesoftwarearchitecture.Theprogrammingmethodofassociatingthetaskobjectwithactiveobjecteffectivelyincreasesthesoftwarereusability,maintainabilityandmodifiability.Tasklevelprogrammingisalsodemonstratedthroughamulti-robotweldingtaskthatallowstheusertoconcentrateonthemostimportantaspectsofthetasks.Themulti-threadprogrammingtechniqueisusedtosimulatetheinteractionofmultipletasks.Finally,avirtualtestiscarriedoutinthegraphicsimulationenvironmenttoobservedesignandprogramerrorsandfixthembeforedownloadingthesoftwaretotherealworkcell.
