摘要
Thelegalconfirmationprocessofwomen’shumanrightshasbeenundergoinggreatdifficultiesbothintheUnitedNationsandamongnations.TheFourthWorldConferenceonWomenplaysaroleinpromotingthelegalprotectionofwomen’shumanrights.Currently,theprotectionofwomen’shumanrightshasundoubtedlybecometheconsensusofbothinternationalanddomesticlaw.Internationalconventionsonhumanrightshavebecomeanimportantlaunchingareaforpromotinginternationallawonwomen’shumanrights,owingtoitslegalbindingforceandsupervisingmechanismestablishedunderit.Domesticlawhasalsobecomethefirstlineofdefenseforprotectingwomen’shumanrights.However,itneedstobepointedoutthat,forinternationalconventionsonhumanrightsanddomesticlegislation,thecognitionandacceptanceofsocialgenderconceptionhasnotonlypromotedchangesonforms,but,moreimportantly,onrevolutionatsubstantiallevel.
