摘要 Agoodstategovernancesystem,whichfeaturesdemocracy,scientificdecision-making,efficiency,civilityandruleoflaw,isindispensableforrealizingtheChineseDream.Asboththefoundationandtheobjectiveofagoodgovernancesystem,humanrightsprotectionshouldbeintegratedinalltheprocessesofbuildingamoderngovernancesystem.Adherencetopubliclawinadministrationshouldbeguaranteedinthisconnection.
