摘要 AsanewmemberofIAP(inhibitorsofapoptosisprotein)family,survivinhaspotentanti-apoptoticactivities,andinvolvesinthemitosisandangiogenesis.Researcheshavedemonstratedthatsurvivingisatumor-specificanti-apoptoticfactor,expressedinfetaltissues,andcommonhumancancers,whilenotinnormal,terminallydifferentiatedadulttissues.Theoverexpressionofsurvivinintumortissuesiscorrelatedwithpoorprognosisofthepatients.Survivincanbeusedasaprognosticfactorandanewtargetintumortargetingtherapy.
