摘要
Twomethods,taggingandinkinjection,areusedinthegrouperreleasingexperiment.ThestudiedfishesarethejuvenileofEpinephelusakaaraandEpinephelusawoarabothartificiallycultivatedandcaughtfromnaturalwaters,andtheirwildadults.Experimentalresultsshowthattheinhabitingbehavioursforbothjuvenileandadultfishesshowdistinctregionality,whichmovewithinanareaof2nmilediameter651daysand48daysafterbeingreleased,respectively.Withthetaggingmethod,thetaggedfishescouldonlyberecapturedintheyearofreleasewhile,withtheinjectionmethod,theycouldbecaughtinthelst,2ndand3rdyears.Itisconfirmedthatinthecementtank,thetaggedfisheslosetheir1/3tags.Thatmeansthatthetaggingmethodisnotfitforthereleaseresearchwhiletheinjectionmethodis.Generally,therecapturedratesofinjectedfishesare1.4～4.5%,3.1～13.4%and2.7%forthe1st,2ndand3rdyears,respectively.
