摘要
Astherearelotsofnon-linearsystemsintherealengineering,itisveryimportanttodomoreresearchesonthemodelingandpredictionofnon-linearsystems.Basedonthemulti-resolutionanalysis(MRA)ofwavelettheory,thispapercombinedthewavelettheorywithneuralnetworkandestablishedaMRAwaveletnetworkwiththescalingfunctionandwaveletfunctionasitsneurons.Fromtheanalysisinthefrequencydomain,theresultsindicatedthatMRAwaveletnetworkwasbetterthanotherwaveletnetworksintheabilityofapproachingtothesignals.AnessentialresearchwascarriedoutonmodelingandpredictionwithMRAwaveletnetworkinthenon-linearsystem.Usingthelengthwiseswaydatareceivedfromtheexperimentofshipmodel,amodelofofflinepredictionwasestablishedandwasappliedtotheshort-timepredictionofshipmotion.Thesimulationresultsindicatedthattheforecastingmodelimprovedthepredictionprecisioneffectively,lengthenedtheforecastingtimeandhadabetterpredictionresultsthanthatofARlinearmodel.TheresearchindicatesthatitisfeasibletousetheMRAwaveletnetworkintheshort-timepredictionofshipmotion.
