摘要 WedemonstrateamonolithicsinglefrequencyTm-dopedfiberamplifierwithoutputpowerof51.5W.Asinglefrequencyfiberlaserat1.97μmisamplifiedbyacascadedmasteroscillatorpoweramplifier(MOPA)systemwithall-fiberconfiguration.Theoptical-to-opticalconversionefficiencyofthemainfiberamplifieris45%.Noamplifiedspontaneousemission(ASE)orstimulatedBrillouinscattering(SBS)effectisobservedinthefiberamplifier.Theoutputpowercouldbefurtherscaledbylaunchingmorepumppower.
