摘要
Withcelluloseascarrier,immobilizedthermolysinHEIandHEⅡwerepreparedbydiazocouplingorglutaraldehydecrosslinkingreaction.Usingcaseinasasubstrate,theactivityrecoveryofimmobilizedthermolysinHEIandHEⅡreach34.5%and29%,respectively.Somefactorswhichaffecttheactivityoftheimmobilizedthermolysinsuchastemperature,mediumpH,EDTAandcalciumacetatewerestudied.Atthesametime,thethermalstabilityandstoragestabilityoftheimmobilizedthermolysinwerealsoinvestigated.
