摘要 Inrecentyears,ChinaandtheUnitedStateshavemaintainedclosecommunicationinthefieldofenergyandenvironment,anddeepenedcooperationthroughaseriesofbilateralandmultilateralcooperationmechanisms.ThedialoguemechanismofChina-UScleanenergycooperationhasbeencontinuouslyimproved;themultilateralmechanismhasachievedremarkableresults;thegovernmentandenterpriseshavejointlyparticipated,andthescopeofcooperationhasbeenmorecomprehensive.ThefactorsrestrictingSino-USenergyandenvironmentcooperationmainlyfocusonpoliticalsystemandideology,lackofmutualtrust,geopolitics,policyandotherfactors.Inthenewhistoricalperiod,ChinaandtheUnitedStatesshoulddeepenenergycooperation,especiallyintermsofthespecificideasandeffectiveways,andpromotenew-typecleanenergycooperation.
