摘要 AnexperimentalsetupofacquiringthecoaxialvisualimageofthemoltenpoolandkeyholeinhighpowerNd:YAGlaserweldingisintroducedinthispaper.Itisoneofthemostdifficultproblemsinacquiringcoaxialimagethatthecoaxialimagingsignalofmoltenpoolandkeyholemustbeseparatedfromthelaserbeamwithhighpower.Thisproblemwasresolvedbydesigningadichroiticspectroscope.Thecharacteristicsofimagingsignalwereanalyzedandthecoaxialimageofmoltenpoolandkeyholewasacquired.Asmoothingfilterandahomomorphicfilterweredesignedtoremovethelowfrequencynoiseandtoenhancetheimageaccordingtothecharacteristicsofimagingsignal.Atlast,edgesofmoltenpoolandkeyholeweredetectedandextractedbasedonimagesegmentationwiththreshold.
