摘要
Thesynthesisofβ'-sialonpowderbycarbothermicreductionofclayfollowedbynitridationhasbeencarriedout.Theeffectofchargemixture,temperature,holdingtimeandnitrogenflowrateonsynthesiswasexamined.ThefiredsamplewasidentifiedbyXRDandthenitrogencontentoffiredsamplewasmeasured.Thesynthesisprocessofsialonpowderwasdescribed.
