摘要
ThecharacteristicsofseismicgroundmotionsinsouthernChinaaredifficulttodeterminestatisticallyduetoalackofstronggroundmotiondata.Inthisstudy,astochasticfinite-faultgroundmotionmodelwasadoptedtosimulatetheseismicgroundmotionsatbedrockforsouthernChina,basedonparametersderivedfromsmallandmediumearthquakesthathaveoccurredintheregion.Fromthese,theresponsespectrawasestimated.Asetofgroundmotionattenuationrelationshipswasthendevelopedbasedonsimulatedpeakgroundmotionsandresponsespectralparametersthroughregression,whichwouldbeapplicableforuseinengineeringpractice.Throughcomparisons,itwasdemonstratedthattheproposedgroundmotionrelationshipsaregenerallyconsistentwiththoseobtainedfromotherreportedgroundmotionattenuationmodelsforsouthernChina.
