摘要 Inthecourseofimprovingand/ordesigninganenergysystem,eitherpurelyeconomiccriteria,althoughtheoverridingcriteria,orpurelyenergy-basedcriteria,althoughtheemphasizedcriteria,cannotseparatelyhandlereal-worldsituationsinasatisfactorymanner,Theeconmiceffectivenessandtheenergyefficiencymustbeconsideredsimultaneouslytodemonstratetheconfilictingandnon-commensurablecharacteristicsofthesemultiplecriteria.Aniterativeandinteractiveapproachtoformulatingandsolvingnon-linearmulti-criteriadecisionmakingproblemsfortheanalysisofanenergysystemisproposed.Itallowsthedecisionmaker(DM)tolearnfromtheavailableinformationanddymamicallychangehismind.Criterionfunctioinscanbetreatedasobjectivefunctions,asconstraintsofassomethinginbetweenbytheDM.Afteraseriesofiterationsandinteractiveprocedures,apreferredsolutioncanbemadeamongthenon-inferiorsetsconsideringthermodymamiccriteriaandeconomiccreteriasimultaneously,asimpleexamplefordesignofahestexchangerisusedtoillustratetheprocedure.
