摘要 Toimprovewearresistanceofsurfacewillincreasetheservicelifeofgraycastirondirectly.ThispaperpresentsthatgraycastironsurfacecoatedwithalloypowderislocallyremeltedbyTIGarctoincreasethewearresistance.Theinfluencesofarccurrentandscanningrateetconsurfacepropertiesarefound.Underdifferentconditions,themicrostructure,hardnessandwearresistanceofremeltedlayerareanalyzedandmeasured.TheresultsindicatethatthegraycastironsurfacecanbestrengthenedbyTIGarclocalremeltingtreatment.Especially,surfacealloyinghardeningeffectisbestandsurfacepropertiesareimprovedremarkably.
