摘要 Thispaperderivesthephysicalmeaningsofpeakposition,peakwidthandheightofanX-raydiffractionpeakfromtheanalysesoftheBragg'sequation,theScherrer'sformulaandtheprincipleofpeakintensitycalculation.Thegeometriccharacteristicsofanasymmetricpeakareclarifiedbymeansofexperiment.Therelationshipsbetweenneakshapeanddomainsize/latticestrainhavebeenverifiedbygeologicalevents.Thereforethispaperintegratesthephysicalmeaningsofall5basicparametersforanX-raydiffractionpeak.Applicationsofthese5parame-tersareexemplified.
