Features in Quasi—particle Excitations and Tunnelling Spectra due to Coupling to Spin Fluctuations in High—Tc Cuprates

    摘要 Inaself-consistentmean-fieldtreatmentofthetwo-dimensionalt-t'-Jmodel,wetheoreticallyexaminethecouplingofin-planequasi-particlestotheantiferromagneticspinfluctuationsinhigh-Tcsuperconductors,whichrenormalizesthefermionicself-energy.Wereproducethecharacteristicpeak-dip-humpstructureobservednotonlyinangly-resolvedphotoemissionspectroscopy,butalsoinsuperconductor-insulator-normalmetalunctionsandscanningtunnellingmicroscopyexperiments.Weconsidertheevolutionofthisstructurewithdoping.Itisshownthatthiskindofcouplingcanaccountformanyanomalouspropertiesofhigh-Tcsuperconductorsinsuperconductingstates.
