    摘要 Phenoliccompounds,themostabundantsecondarymetabolitesinplants,havereceivedmoreandmoreattentioninrecentyearsbecauseoftheirdistinctbioactivities.Thisreviewsummarizesdifferenttypesofphenoliccompoundsandtheirextractionandanalyticalmethodsusedintherecentreports,involving59phenoliccompoundsfrom52kindsofplants.Theextractionmethodsincludesolid–liquidextraction,ultrasound-assistedextractions,microwave-assistedextractions,supercriticalfluidextraction,andothermethods.Theanalysismethodsincludespectrophotometry,gaschromatography,liquidchromatography,thin-layerchromatography,capillaryelectrophoresis,andnear-infraredspectroscopy.Afterillustratingthespecificconditionsoftheanalyticalmethods,theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofeachmethodarealsosummarized,pointingouttheirrespectivesuitability.Thisreviewprovidesvaluablereferenceforidentificationand/orquantificationofphenoliccompoundsfromnaturalproducts.
