摘要 BackgroundMyocardialfibrosisisoneprocessofthevariousheartdiseases,whichleadstocommonpathologicalchangeswhenitdevelopstoacertainstage.Itisthemaincauseofventricularremodelingwhicheventuallyleadstodifferentdegreesofcardiacdysfunction,malignantarrhythmiasandsuddencardiacdeath.Manystudieshaveshownthatvariouscytokinesplayaveryimportantroleinthedevelopmentofmyocardialfibrosis.Thispaperreviewsthelatestresearchesontheroleofcytokinesinmyocardialfibrosis.
