摘要 ThestatusandexpressionofRbgenewasdetectedandanalyzedin19surgicalretinoblastomaspecimensusingRbcDNA3.8kband0.9kbfragmentasprobeandantibodiesspecificforsyntheticRbpeptideorexpressiveproductofRbgeneexpressionplasmld.DNAfromthosetumorshadthehemlzygousdeletionin3cases,thehomozygousinternaldeletionIn2casesandalteratedrestrictionfragmentinvolvingInonecopyofRbgeneIn1case.ThequantityofRbproteindemonstratedeitherabsenceofreductioninallthe16casesexaminedIncomparisonwiththatinnormaladultretina.Itsuggestedthattherewerestructuralor/andfunctionaldefectsofRbgeneInretinoblastomacellsandprovidedevidencetosupportKnudson’stwohithypothesis.
