摘要 Wehavedemonstratedthatthedistributionofmicrotubules(MT),mlcrofilaments(MF)andfibronectin(FN)werediminished,whilethegeneexpressionofthecalmodulinandc-fosenhancedinthetransformedC3H10T1/2cells.Aftertreatmentwith1mMdb-cAMPfor1hourand2hours,therewasanearlyandrepldlyreducedingeneexpressionofCalmodulinandc-fosrespectively.Afterdb-cAMPtreatmentfor4-5days,thenumberofcappingcellsofConAbindingdecreasedsignificantlyandthecellsurfacemicrovlllldecreasedaswell.Thegrowthoftreatedcellswasinhibitedmarkedly.Byusing4F1cDNAprobe,whichispreferentiallyexpressedInG1phase,wehavefoundthatthedb-cAMPtreatedcellswereaccumulatedatG1phase.Ofparticularinterestisthefactthatthedistributionofmicrotubules,mlcrofilamentsandfibronectlnwererecoveredaftertreatmentwith1mMdb-cAMPfor6days.ItissuggestedthattheInhibitionofproliferation,alteration,ofphenotypeandreco-veryofcytoskeletonistran
