Representingtheappealsofitsindustry,thehigh-techinterestgrouphasrecentlybecomeanemergingpoliticalforceintheUnitedStates.Withabundantfinancialresourcesandproficiencyinpoliticalcommunication,thegrouprapidlygrowstobeasignificantforceintheAmericanpoliticalsphere.IthasstartedtoaffecttheinternalandforeignaffairsoftheU.S.andplayedaproactiveroleinthelatestpresidentialelection.Sincethehigh-techinterestgrouphasalreadybecomeandwillcontinuetobeabigplayerinSino-U.S.relations,Chinashouldcarefullydealwithitsappealsandconflictofinterests,andtrytodevelopthisgroupintoastabilizerbetweenthetwocountries.
