摘要 ThebacteriausedintheexperimentareThiobacillusFerrooxidansseparatedfromacidicminewaterinsulphidedeposits.Thechemoautotrophicbacteriacanactdirectlyonsulphidesandacceleratetheoxidationofsulphides.Theexperimentshowsthatthebacteria,asanimportantmicrobialfactorofgold’ssupergenousenrichmentwithintheoxidizedzonesofsulphidedeposits,arehelpfultodissolvegoldandsilverinferricsulphate.Inthebacterialoxidationprocess,theprecipitationofgoethiteisconcernedbothwiththeloweractivityofferricionsandwiththeexistenceofcarbonatesinsolution.Meanwhile,theacid-resistingandoxidizingabilityofthebacteriawillcertainlyleaduptoamicrobialwayoftreatingtheacidicminewater.
