摘要
Recentstudiesofthemodulationofphysicalpropertiesinoxidethinfilmsbymultiplefieldsarereviewed.Someofthekeyissuesandprospectsofthisareaofstudyarealsoaddressed.Oxidethinfilmsexhibitversatilephysicalpropertiessuchasmagnetism,ferroelectricity,piezoelectricity,metal–insulatortransition(MIT),multiferroicity,colossalmagnetoresistivity,switchableresistivity.Moreimportantly,theexhibitedmultifunctionalitycanbetunedbyvariousexternalfields,whichhasenableddemonstrationofnovelelectronicdevices.
