摘要 Basedonthetime-averagingequationsandamodifiedengineeringturbulencemodel,themoldfillingandsolidificationprocessesofcastingsareapproximatelydescribed.Thealgorithmforthecontrolequationsisbrieflyintroduced,andsomeproblemsandimprovementmethodsforthetraditionalmethodarealsopresented.Bothcalculationandtestsprovedthat,comparingwiththelaminarfluidflowandheattransfer,thesimulationresultsbyusingtheturbulencemodelareclosertotherealmoldfillingandsolidificationprocessesofcastings.
